Training and Development
All collectors are trained and certified through the high standards of the American Collector Association. Supplemental, ongoing training is provided by the corporate office using the Adult Learning Theory in the areas of confidence, goal setting, technical knowledge and soft skills. Each employee has his/her own professional development plan that is monitored by training supervisors and management. Promotion from within and succession management is standard practice within the organization. Collection Agents –
College education desired. Entrepreneur spirit required. Ability to work on own and produce with minimal supervision is essential. Ability to maintain control of conversation essential. Computer experience required. Goal oriented individuals only.
Supervisors –
Previous supervisory experience desired. FDCPA knowledge essential. Ability to foster a team environment required.
Sales –
Professional demeanor necessary. Previous experience a plus. Must be internally motivated and driven by success.
Administrative –
Must have PC experience. Customer service attitude to deliver exceptional service to both internal and external customers necessary.
